Commands

• Install npm install
• Build code npm run dist
• Build install package npm run distall
• Set GH_TOKEN [Environment]::SetEnvironmentVariable("GH_TOKEN","xxxx","User")
• Check the log C:\Users\\`UserName`\AppData\Roaming\dict\log.log
• Publish to Github npm run publish
